Matt Sopel has over twenty years in the trucking industry. His hands on experience in all aspects of the industry and his first hand knowledge of the issues related to cargo handling at both the company and driver levels inspired his goal of creating a better way for drivers and companies to handle their freight protection equipment. As a result he conceived, designed, and oversaw production of the prototypes and final version of the Yellow Rack. After four years of design perfections he has produced the Yellow Rack, the best cargo handling aide for the trucking industry, bar none.

Mike Kirkeby is a retail and wholesale specialist with over 30 years of marketing, sales management and distribution experience. Mr. Kirkeby consults with small start-up companies as well as large, well established organizations to improve and develop award winning sales and marketing teams. His skills assist companies to profitability in both strong and weak economic times by organizing and training consistently high quality teams to improve sales, marketing and customer service.  Mr. Kirkeby is currently a manager for a national leisure products company and a consultant for various start-up enterprises.

Jon L. Johnson is a finance entrepreneur specializing in financial and economic consulting and forecasting as well as investment strategies.  He is currently operating three financial and investment businesses he founded, and is widely recognized in his field with frequent television appearances on CNBC and Bloomberg Television and is quoted in Smart Money Magazine, Kiplinger, The Bottom Line, and other business periodicals.  He is an honors graduate from the University of Texas School of Business and The University of Texas School of Law with his legal background in complex civil litigation, corporate finance, and deal structuring.

Jay Johnson combines broad experience in business and the legal profession. Currently General Counsel of a private company in Arizona that holds multiple entities in the biotech and healthcare fields, Mr. Johnson also is well-versed in risk management and spent several years as a manager with a leading property and casualty insurer. In private legal practice Mr. Johnson represented numerous start-up companies and developed expertise in new product development, marketing and pricing strategies.
